We don’t know anyone that doesn’t have Kaikora on its ‘must visit’ list. The sight if these huge creatures is incredible and Kaikoura pretty much guarantees you will see Whales. The town itself is pretty too, with a lovely coastal setting. Make sure you book a trip.
Wow, wow, oh wow. This is one of the most exhilarating trips you can do. Having a pod of playful dolphins at the same level of you in one of the most scenic coastal surrounds anywhere in the world cannot be beaten. A wonderful experience.
How many beautiful train trips are there in the world. We know a handful and this is at the top. A real gem and a great inclusion to any self drive holidays or escorted holiday. So good infact that we include it in most of our itineraries for you. Stunning views through stunning New Zealand countryside.
New Zealand is arguably the best place on earth to take to the road in your own vehicle, be it a car, motorhome or motorbike. Empty roads, incredible scenic drives with the option to take a wrong turn and end up in the right place. A real experience, full of adventure.
Overlooked by many and what a mistake. The area in the far North is stunning and these myriad of islands offer the warmest waters in New Zealand, great for swimming with Dolphins. Please do try and have the time to visit. This place is beautiful and peaceful.
The Pacific Coast Highway, traversing the spectacular east coast of New Zealand's North Island, is one of the great touring routes in the world. Linking The Coromandel, Bay of Plenty & Whakatane and Eastland with Auckland in the north and Hawke's Bay in the south. It is worth every minute.
A small test on the legs through beautiful glades, over rugged hills and with views to die for, the Routeburn Trek is a beauty and we have tramped it. Rickety bridges, wlaking alongside fast flowing clear water rivers and climbing to great viewpoints sums up this fabulous 2-3 day walk.
With the Maori culture the key part to New Zealands history nothing is more of an honour than for a visitor to experience true Maori warmth and welcome. Not at all just for show, these wonderful meeting places are full of history and well worth it.
Bonkers in a word. Not for the feint hearted including Chris our Director, this is the home to the Bungy Jump. Some are now a million miles high where you spend days with soaring eagles as you come down, only to go all the way back up again. A pure adrenalin rush and I guess recommended!
Auckland has a beautiful harbour and a great waterfront setting. A stay in this city isn’t complete without venturing on to the wet stuff and what better way to do it than on a yacht, with the cool breeze in your face, before heading off a fabulous dinner in town. A great treat.
