Jason Hall’s expansive career covers a long association with hotels, with his first establishment being the Sheraton Hotel Auckland, where he worked for three years under the tutelage of Stephen Thompson and then joined the trendy Kermadec Restaurant in Auckland. Jason’s love of travel and International cuisine then drew him abroad to the prestigious Soho House, in London. Upon returning to New Zealand Jason joined the Copthorne Bay of Islands. An avid fisherman, he is passionate about sourcing the very best ingredients which showcase all that the area has to offer.
