An extensive cafe menu is served from 10am to 9:30pm.

Rangatira Room
Enjoy a superb á la carte meal in a warm and intimate setting. This room can be closed off for private functions or opened up to create a large space which flows into our restaurant and bar area.

Jason Hall – Copthorne Hotel & Resort Bay of Islands Executive Chef
Jason Hall’s expansive career covers a long association with hotels, with his first establishment being the Sheraton Hotel Auckland, where he worked for three years under the tutelage of Stephen Thompson and then joined the trendy Kermadec Restaurant in Auckland. Jason’s love of travel and International cuisine then drew him abroad to the prestigious Soho House, in London. Upon returning to New Zealand Jason joined the Copthorne Bay of Islands. An avid fisherman, he is passionate about sourcing the very best ingredients which showcase all that the area has to offer.

Re:condition Massage Studio:
Re:condition is all about relaxation and enjoyment. It embraces a four-dimensional approach toward the art of massage, which encompasses the sensations of touch, taste, smell and sound. Clients are encouraged to become involved in their treatment by choosing their own massage oils and selecting a beverage of their choice from a large collection of herbal teas and kava tonics.
